Getting a useful answer quickly

If something is wrong, these three things usually make it obvious what happened:

• Your iOS version and iPhone model.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• If it involves a ritual or a streak, roughly when you noticed it.

Common questions

A ritual shows a gap on days I never scheduled it. Those days are drawn as a faint line rather than an empty stone, and they do not break a streak. A ritual is only ever counted on the days it is actually due.

My reminder did not arrive. Per-ritual reminders are off by default and are set when you create or edit a ritual. A ritual set to anytime has no clock time, so it cannot carry one. Check also that notifications are allowed for Pebble in iOS Settings.

Can I get my data out? Yes — Settings → Data → Export Pebble Data (JSON) writes everything, including every daily log and reflection.

Is my data backed up anywhere? No. Pebble has no cloud and no account, so your record lives only on your device and in your device backups. Export before switching phones.
