Terms of Service
1. Licence
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Pebble on devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms of Use.
2. Cost
Pebble is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
3. Your data is yours
Everything you record stays on your device. PPMB claims no ownership of it and has no access to it. See the Privacy Policy.
4. Your data is also your responsibility
Because Pebble has no cloud and no account, PPMB cannot recover your history if you lose your device, delete the app, or lose a backup. Use Settings → Data → Export to keep your own copy.
5. No warranty
Pebble is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is a habit journal, not a medical, clinical or therapeutic tool, and nothing in it constitutes health advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPMB is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of recorded data.
7. Changes
These terms may change as the app does. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
